Coming off a disappointing Monday night loss to the Orioles, the Yankees needed to bounce back on Tuesday, even with some more COVID-19 troubles, and they did just that. The offense combined to score 13 runs for their best performance of the season as Luis Gil got the call-up and impressed on the mound for his MLB debut, as too did Stephen Ridings and the bullpen.
