(AP) — Daryl Macon scored 25 points and hit five 3-pointers to lead Arkansas to its third straight victory with an 88-63 win over Troy on Saturday night. The points are the second highest total of the season for Macon, who had 27 in a win over Oklahoma on Nov. 23. The senior finished 8 of 14 from the field and 5 of 9 from behind the arc for the Razorbacks (8-2), who shot 62.1 percent (18 of 29) in the first half on their way to the convincing win. Anton Beard added 11 points and freshman Daniel Gafford had 10 for Arkansas, which entered the game leading the Southeastern Conference in scoring at 88.1 points per game. Wesley Person scored 25 points to lead the Trojans (5-6), who lost by only eight points at No. 8 Kentucky earlier in the season. Alex Hicks added 16 points and 10 rebounds in the loss.
