The Carolina Panthers finally made fans happy and resigned Cam Newton today. Things happened pretty quickly but with the injury to Sam Darnold it only made sense to do it. PJ Walker will still start vs the Cardinals but it looks like it's Cam's team going forward. Cam was cut by the New England Patriots in the preseason but now he has a job to return to Charlotte.
