TENTOGLOU Miltiadis - 8.41m Long Jump -Shoe Controversy -Lievin 2023

Miltiádis Tentóglou jumps a new World Lead Long Jump…again of 8.41m at Hauts de France Pas de Calais, Liévin - World Indoor Tour 2023. This was just a day after he was notified that his previous 8.40m world Lead jump from Toruń Poland one week prior would be disqualified because he jumped in shoes that were not approved by world athletics. He then jumped at this meet on February 15th 2023 wearing a similar shoe or long jump spike that was approved and popped off 4 leaps over 27ft. *correction* just double checked and sorry I missed this, Looks like he infact jumped in the “adidas Adizero Long Jump GY8399 model” and not the “adidas adizero ambitions black & green” *Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
