3/14t/2021 - New York Mets' Luis Guillorme's Epic 22-Pitch Walk ⚾

St. Louis Cardinals' flamethrower Jordan Hicks was making his first appearance in two years and Luis Guillorme was the first (and only, as it turned out) batter he faced. Hicks was throwing 100MPH+ gas but Guillorme hung tough. The Mets' dugout began cheering at pitch #10 and the fans joined them in cheering every pitch. If this were a regular season game the 22-pitch at-bat would've been a Major League record. To summarize, 22 pitches, 16 foul balls over 15 minutes. In Guillorme's next at-bat he lined out on the first pitch.
