No. 11 USC defeated UCLA, 28-23, at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to extend its win streak to 3 in the series. The game was slated as a quarterback matchup for the ages, with two of the top NFL prospects in the nation facing off in USC's Sam Darnold and UCLA's Josh Rosen. Rosen outdueled Darnold statistically as Rosen tallied a 32/52, 421 yds and 3 TDs, but Darnold's USC took home the victory (and the Victory Bell). Darnold finished 17/28, 264 yds and 1 rushing TD.
