Barkov's hat trick powers Panthers past Sorokin, Islanders | Postgame Report

Trailing 2-1 at the top of the third period, the Florida Panthers fight back and net the game-winner 20 seconds into overtime to defeat the New York Islanders, 3-2, at UBS Arena. Ilya Sorokin was simply fantastic in net with 39 saves but it was not enough to hold off Florida's dynamic duo, as Jonathan Huberdeau set up Aleksander Barkov for all three goals on the night, resulting in the third hat trick of his career. Before the game, the Islanders honored the life of the franchise's leading goal-scorer, Mike Bossy, who passed away late last week. His legacy continues to live in the rafters of UBS, where the Isles will play host to the rival Rangers on Thursday. Until then, here's Chris Henessy.
