These are my audio clips from the UAlbany-Stony Brook men's basketball America East Quarterfinals game on Saturday March 7, 2020 at IFCU Arena. The Island was rocking and so were the Seawolves with 5 players in double-figures en route to a thrilling 76-73 win over the Great Danes. Makale Foreman carried Stony Brook with a team-high 23 points, Mo Gueye had 14 off the bench, Miles Latimer added 13, Andrew Garcia had 12 and Elijah Olaniyi contributed with 11 for SBU. UAlbany's Cameron Healy put on a show in the loss knocking down six threes leading the game with 28 points. The game was broadcast on 90.1 FM WUSB with Jim Ferchland, Zach Wilson and Ken Fermin delivering the action. The Seawolves advance to the America East Semifinals and will face Hartford on Tuesday March 10 at 7pm at IFCU Arena. Stony Brook lost both games to Hartford during the regular season.
