1976-77 NHL: Defensemen Scoring Leaders (Top 15)

A look at the top scoring defensemen during the 1976-77 National Hockey League season. Larry Robinson of the Montreal Canadiens led the pack with 85 points over 77 regular season games on 19 goals and 66 assists. Robinson was awarded the James Norris Trophy as the NHL's top blue liner. He was also named to the First All-Star Team. Joining him on the 1st team was Borje Salming of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Second Team defenders were Denis Potvin of the New York Islanders and Guy Lapointe of the Habs.
