After Marcus Browne gave OUFC an early lead, Raggett and Hirst pinned the U’s back to make it 2-1. It was a second half of fustartion for Oxford as they struggle to get back from 3-1 down after a lovely strike from Blackburn loanee Hayden Carter. Luke McNally gives Oxford fans some hope but it wasn’t to be for Oxford on the road this evening. Oxford United stay in the play-offs after the result but you feel its a very significant victory for Danny Cowley and his men as they continue on they push for a late play-off place in EFL League One.
