Amidst the snow flurries in Kearney arrived two Western Conferences foes Friday night. The Tri-City Storm hosted the Lincoln Stars at the Viaero Event Center in front of nearly a 3,000 fan capacity crowd. Travis Maxwell notched the first goal of the game in the 2nd period before Tim Bonner answered in the 3rd period. Paul LaDue scored the game winner with 52 seconds to go in OT, sealing a Stars win in Kearney. The two teams combined for 91 shots on goal. #BelievePurple?
