Ever since Steph Curry started doing his 2 ball dribbling drills before the game everyone has started incorporating 2 ball stuff into their workouts. http://BallerBootCamp.com/sww -- FREE WORKOUT HERE Here is another variation you can add to the 2 ball dribbling drills that you normally do. It's not easy and it can also be done on the move as well. I know this is an odd drill and you might be wondering what this works on. I wouldn't use this drill as the basis of any 2 ball workout but more so as a supplement becuase it's a great drill to work on your "ball in hand" time and work on some rhythm aspects. I hope you like it and most importantly give it a try... Have a great day. #WeDedicated, Augie Johnston P.S. Allen Iverson Crossover - How To: Basketball Moves and Drills http://BallerBootCamp.com/sww - Free Bball Workout http://Instagram.com/BallerBootCamp -- Instagram http://BallerBootCamp.com/Itunes -- Sub To My Podcast In this video I show you a great drill that can help you develop the same pull back crossover that Allen Iverson used against Tyrone Lue in the NBA Finals one year. It is one of the most famous NBA scenes of all time and yes, I know that this isn't the classic Allen Iverson crossover, but it definitely is one that he used ALOT. These pull back moves are great when you know you have a bigger, slower defender guarding you. The reason these basketball moves work so well against them is because as a smaller player you should be able to change directions much better and by using better agility you can create space, break ankles, and drill the shot. If you can make a high percentage doing basketball shooting drills like this then you can definitely start adding these crossovers to your game. Most basketball moves to break ankles are done laterally. This one is not. But this to can cause a defender to fall or just look plain silly. Basketball drills like this are very game specific especially since we are starting off by using a pick and roll. There are three different variations and three different basketball moves in this drill. I recommend making five of each variation and then moving to the other side. Everything you do from the left you should also do from the right. Remember to always do your basketball shooting drills at full speed too. Here are the three variations: 1:50 Pull back crossover move 2:10 Reverse pull back crossover move 2:25 Behind the back pull back crossover move Ok, remember, I release new basketball drills and basketball moves every Wednesday and I hope you add this Allen Iverson crossover to your game. -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- You should now go over and watch this video...I actually picked it out special for you...Hint: floater ;) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEcNJnXR3fs -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
Basketball Moves To Get Past Defenders: Derrick Rose http://BallerBootCamp.com/sww - Free Workout http://instagram.com/ballerbootcamp - Follow Me http://BallerBootCamp.com/Itunes -- Sub To My Podcast This video cover one of my favorite basketball moves of all time. I love the pro hop because when used properly you can get yourself and easy layup when otherwise you would be shooting very difficult floater or something over a help defender. This is a great move for guards of all sizes. Even post players that can master this move can use it to their advantage to score against slower defenders. The proper way to execute these basketball moves is to attack in one direction and then jump off one foot and change directions in the air to make a big jump stop past the help defenders. It is important with all basketball moves that you don't do anything that will make the refs call travel or any other kind of violation. That is why it is important that you land on 2 feet every time you use this move. There are alot of NBA players that use this move but the one player that I think of first is Derrick Rose. He loves this move and since he is so explosive he can really create alot of distance with his pro hop which make the move even more effective for him and I dont know about you but I love to watch Derrick Rose play and hope he can comeback from injury once again. Make sure you check out my channel as I have a ton of other basketball moves for guards on there and other tutorials.
