Allen Iverson Crossover - How To: Basketball Moves and Drills http://BallerBootCamp.com/sww - Free Bball Workout http://Instagram.com/BallerBootCamp -- Instagram http://BallerBootCamp.com/Itunes -- Sub To My Podcast In this video I show you a great drill that can help you develop the same pull back crossover that Allen Iverson used against Tyrone Lue in the NBA Finals one year. It is one of the most famous NBA scenes of all time and yes, I know that this isn't the classic Allen Iverson crossover, but it definitely is one that he used ALOT. These pull back moves are great when you know you have a bigger, slower defender guarding you. The reason these basketball moves work so well against them is because as a smaller player you should be able to change directions much better and by using better agility you can create space, break ankles, and drill the shot. If you can make a high percentage doing basketball shooting drills like this then you can definitely start adding these crossovers to your game. Most basketball moves to break ankles are done laterally. This one is not. But this to can cause a defender to fall or just look plain silly. Basketball drills like this are very game specific especially since we are starting off by using a pick and roll. There are three different variations and three different basketball moves in this drill. I recommend making five of each variation and then moving to the other side. Everything you do from the left you should also do from the right. Remember to always do your basketball shooting drills at full speed too. Here are the three variations: 1:50 Pull back crossover move 2:10 Reverse pull back crossover move 2:25 Behind the back pull back crossover move Ok, remember, I release new basketball drills and basketball moves every Wednesday and I hope you add this Allen Iverson crossover to your game. -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- You should now go over and watch this video...I actually picked it out special for you...Hint: floater ;) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEcNJnXR3fs -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
