It's not easy and it can also be done on the move as well. I know this is an odd drill and you might be wondering what this works on. I wouldn't use this drill as the basis of any 2 ball workout but more so as a supplement becuase it's a great drill to work on your "ball in hand" time and work on some rhythm aspects.
