Started this cut at 97kg or so in late February. Finished late April at 90.3kg. Kept all my upper body strength, lower body compounds suffered a bit due to the QL injury I've been dealing with, but lower body isolations still up. Didn't count calories or macros. Feel pretty minimal diet fatigue. Got as lean as I wanted, now back to a lean bulk. Viva la gainz.
