Kevin Durant returns to Seattle

This is where my Warriors journey began! As the longtime P.A. Announcer for the Seattle Sonics & Storm, I was invited to call the 2018 Kings vs. Warriors pre-season game at Seattle's Key Arena. Months later I was hired as the Golden State Warriors P.A. Announcer at the brand new Chase Center in San Francisco! Key Arena was electric for the first NBA game in Seattle since the Sonics left in 2008. Kevin Durant was a rookie for the Sonics in 2008. Ten years later he was back with the two-time defending champion Golden State Warriors. It was love all around!
