Bognor Regis 10 K Marathon...........May 2011

The video shows the runners in Felpham Village passing William Bakes cottage and The Fox Inn and then coming back along the along the seafront, past The Boathouse the beach huts and The Lobster Pot The winner was so far ahead that most people missed him he did the first 4K in about 10 minutes.. To create the atmosphere the videot has not been edited or digitally enhanced. It shows the gap between the front runners and the rest and has the pounding of feet, the puffing and panting, moans and groans as well as the clapping and applause of the enthusiastic crowds along the route and the sea breeze..
