Jacked Ramsays Post Game: Blazers vs Wizards
Jacked Ramsays Post Game: Blazers vs Wizards

Join Danny Marang and Brandon Sprague as they take a look at tonight’s game between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Washington Wizards that really was just a backdrop for Josh Hart’s masterpiece. Along with a rare (unwanted) Trail Blazers win over the Wizards 127-118 - Hart set a career high with 44 points. Even without the entire starting lineup and top 9 from opening night, the Blazers (mostly Hart) with help from Trendon Watford’s career night (27 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists & 2 steals) and Drew Eubanks (20 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists) were able to control a wire-to-wire victory over the Wizards who never really threatened. This season remains the most unpredictable to date - and no matter which way the Blazers go with personnel decisions, one thing remains - they vibes are good. Even on record setting blow outs, consecutive defeats, and nights when the shots just don’t fall - the vibes and the attitudes have changed from the start of the season. That’s something that matters in the long run. SUBSCRIBE: YouTube, Twitch, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google and Anywhere You Get Podcasts!

Jacked Ramsays Post Game: Blazers vs Thunder
Jacked Ramsays Post Game: Blazers vs Thunder

For the second time in a week the Portland Trail Blazers and the Oklahoma City Thunder faced off and for the second time in a week, the Thunder prevailed. Tonight in Portland, in yet another low scoring affair, the Thunder beat the Blazers 96-93 on the backs of Lu Dort and Josh Giddey in a game where NEITHER team shot better than 40 percent from the field. After going through much of the season as one of the best 3-point shooting teams in the league, the Blazers have been up against it lately - tonight, just 18 percent from distance - and without much rim pressure they run out of options really quick offensively. This hurts particularly after moving Norman Powell along with Robert Covington earlier this afternoon in a trade with the Los Angeles Clippers. Join Danny Marang and Brandon Sprague as they look at tonight’s game but more so focus on what the next 6 days holds for the Blazers as the trade deadline approaches. Jacked Ramsays Post Game: Blazers vs Lakers
Jacked Ramsays Post Game: Blazers vs Lakers

Join Danny Marang and Brandon Sprague as they take a look at tonight’s game between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Los Angeles Lakers - that saw the Blazers fall 99-94. Bringing their 4 game road trip to an end with a 1-3 record, the lone win against the Houston Rockets and their overall record to 21-31 - 10 games below .500 with 4 home games remaining before the NBA trade deadline. For much of the evening the Blazers were running in front of the Lakers, capitalizing on miscues - at one point outscoring the Lakers on turnovers 21 to 0. However, shooting under 36% on the evening coupled with second half turnovers doomed the Blazers down the stretch. Outside of Norman Powell (30 points, 5-11 from distance)- none of the Blazers shot well. Anfernee Simons was able to save an 0-4 start with a 7-14 finish, but the bar he’s set lately leaves more to be desired. Hop on in with the fellas and take a look at what’s ahead for Portland, Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks Friday - as well as the latest news, rumors and more! Jacked Ramsays Pregame: Blazers vs Raptors

Join Danny Marang as he gets you ready for the LAST game of a season long 6-game trip where the Portland Trail Blazers have more than doubled their road win total on the season and guaranteed at least a .500 trip...now they wrap it up against the surging Toronto Raptors. Like everyone predicted to start the season, the Blazer and Raptors have two players currently playing some of the best ball in the league.. Fred VanVleet and Anfernee Simons. Both players are front runners for their respective conference’s players of the month - both scoring over 25 PPG and 7 APG while shooting lights out. For Portland, the story remains the same - get through the trip, lean on Simons keep giving more minutes and a bigger role for Nassir Little and featuring Jusuf Nurkic throughout the game and see what happens. Damian Lillard stated he didn’t expect to be back if the Blazers were chasing a lottery pick and while the organization clearly hasn’t given the mandate to steer for the icebergs just yet, that decision looms larger and larger as they get closer to the trade deadline. Hop on in and discuss tonight’s game and the deadline possibilities! SUBSCRIBE: YouTube, Twitch, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google and Anywhere You Get Podcasts!

Jacked Ramsays Pregame Show: Blazers vs Magic
Jacked Ramsays Pregame Show: Blazers vs Magic

It’s game 3 of a 6-game trip where the Portland Trail Blazers have picked up a loss to the Denver Nuggets and a win against the Washington Wizards - now they step into the Magic Kingdom to take on Orlando with the return of CJ McCollum to the line up. Coach Billups has said that McCollum will start on his return and the Blazers are still without Norman Powell and Damian Lillard - it looks to be McCollum and Anfernee Simons in the backcourt with Nassir Little, Robert Coving and Jusuf Nurkic in the starting group. The questions for the Blazers are many over the next 3+ weeks, but one of - if not THEE biggest is whether or not they trade McCollum before the February 10th trade deadline. After being out for over a month with a collapsed lung and then awaiting the birth of his first child (Congrats to both parents on the birth of JJ McCollum!) - how the Blazers handle integrating McCollum and how much they take away from Simons is a really interesting question that can have numerous “correct” answers. Hop on with hosts Danny Marang and Brandon Sprague as they attempt to answer those questions and look ahead to tonight’s game against the Magic. Jacked Ramsays Pregame: Blazers vs Kings
Jacked Ramsays Pregame: Blazers vs Kings

Join host Danny Marang and special guest James Ham of ESPN 1320 and “The Kings Beat” as they get you ready for Sunday evening’s game between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Sacramento Kings. In semi-breaking news, Blazers coach Chauncey Billups said in pregame availability that Damian Lillard will not make the upcoming 6-game road trip and that he would instead seek out the guidance of specialists as it pertains to his nagging abdominal injury and the decision on surgery should follow relatively closely. We’ll talk with James about Sacramento “needing a win” not just in the column but as a franchise. While Portland has struggled mightily this year - bordering on dysfunction - that has been the MO of the Kings for quite some time. Would making a move just to slide into the play-in really help the franchise? Should they consider moving De’Aaron Fox? When it comes to trades, Marvin Bagley III has been linked to Portland by many local and national NBA reporters - does James believe that where there’s smoke there’s fire? Hop on in and find out just exactly what James thinks on the Kings, trades, tanking and more! SUBSCRIBE: YouTube, Twitch, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google and Anywhere You Get Podcasts!

Jacked Ramsays Pregame: Blazers vs Cavs
Jacked Ramsays Pregame: Blazers vs Cavs

The Portland Trail Blazers (14-23) welcome in the Cleveland Cavaliers (21-17) in a Multiverse of their own making, one that has the Cavs as firmly a playoff contender in the Eastern Conference and the Blazers firmly in the cellar of the Western Conference just a month from the trade deadline. While the Cavs will be without Collin Sexton and Ricky Rubio for the remainder of the season - Darius Garland has quietly put on an all-star campaign alongside probably all star big, Jarrett Allen and probable Rookie of the Year - Evan Mobley - putting the Cavs in a position they haven’t been without Lebron James this century. A young, exciting team that’s still figuring things out - they’re the antithesis to the Blazers right now. Much debate has and will continue to be had around whether or the Blazers should/will tank with a capital or lower case “T” - the decision has mostly been made for them - losing 15 of their last 19 games. It’s only a matter of time before swift decisions are made and the entire perception of the team is changed publicly when/if Damian Lillard is sat down for the remainder of the year. Hop in with Danny Marang and Brandon Sprague as they get you ready for tonight’s game - but also focus on the development of Portland’s young assets - Anfernee Simons and Nassir Little. Jacked Ramsays Post Game Show: Blazers vs Bulls
Jacked Ramsays Post Game Show: Blazers vs Bulls

Join hosts Danny Marang and Brandon Sprague as they breakdown Wednesday night’s game between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Chicago Bulls that saw the Blazers continue winning at home with a 112-107 victory. It was a tale of two halves as the Blazers struggled in nearly every facet through the first 24 minutes. CJ McCollum didn’t register a counting stat outside of a foul in 20 minutes of action. Damian Lillard was nowhere to be found and DeMar DeRozan was a God among men. The problem for the Bulls? There was another half to play and the Bulls went into the locker room and played the role of the fool. Settling for shots, getting sloppy with the ball and what looked to be tired legs (and an over-reliance on Zach LaVine and DeRozan for the short handed Bulls) mixed with an hell-bent Larry Nance Jr super charging the Blazer’s attack... and well, the game went entirely sideways. Jusuf Nurkic came out with a point to prove and when the Blazer’s came knocking, he answered the call. Taking advantage of an undersized frontcourt, rebounding when it matters and impacting the game defensively. All in all a great game, borderline beast like even!
