Fleetwood 1-1 Sunderland - GET HIM SACKED
Sunderland, yet again, didn’t keep a clean sheet & once again dropped points from a winning position as they were held to a 1-1 draw away at Fleetwood Town. This result leaves Black Cats boss Phil Parkinson, rightly, under scrutiny as we are now five points adrift of second place.
Doncaster 1-1 Sunderland - ABSOLUTELY FOAMING
Sunderland for the second league game in a row chucked points away from a winning position as a stoppage time equaliser earned Doncaster Rovers a point at the Keepmoat Stadium. Phil Parkinson’s unwillingness to be proactive contributed to those two dropped points in my opinion. Still, onto the next one I suppose!

Sunderland (partially) dictated Plymouth Argyle in a 2-0 win at the Stadium of Light thanks to goals from Lee Cattermole & George Honeyman. The result means Jack Ross’ side keep up the pace with Luton & Barnsley ahead their Checkatrade Trophy semi-final tie away at Bristol Rovers!
