Scunthorpe United v Morecambe
So I missed the game against Grimsby in the cup and league game away at Mansfield, with being in New York. Though I’m now back, we need to get a result one way or the other. Teams at the top are pulling away 😉
Fylde 0 v 3 Salford - Big Day Out Wembley
As big as it gets for Non League teams, a play off game to decide who enters the football league. I asked on Twitter which end to sit in and the Salford end won so that’s where I sat. Both teams are well backed financially, only one wins the ultimate prize though. Neither have a large following, resulting in less than 10 percent of Wembley being filled. Which was a strange feeling. Gave it a friendly tinpot feel. Congratulations anyway.
Plymouth 3 v 2 Scunthorpe Fan
A huge game at the bottom of League One. Both teams still in with a chance of staying up depending on who wins in this game and in other games. This game had goals, pitch invaders, relegation oh and some controversy too. What better way to end the season.
Doncaster v Scunthorpe *vlog
Derby day well as close as it gets in League One for the two teams. Doncaster on a great run of form. Sitting just outside the playoffs, Scunthorpe sitting just outside the relegation zone before a ball is kicked. With recent form Doncaster should comfortably win this one. Last game of the regular season. Scunthorpe safe in a playoff spot. Bradford safe in mid table, so not a great deal to play for except pride. Also Stephen Warnocks last game before retirement. Big game for both teams, once again needing 3 points to stay in the top 6 and Walsall to get away from the relegation zone. Definitely all to play for. Big game today for both teams. We need 3 points to stay in the play offs and Rochdale need 3 points for help in the survival race of staying in League one. Scunthorpe of late haven’t been playing well at all. Just doesn’t seem to be clicking and playing players out of position, is irking the fans in general. Peterborough v Scunthorpe *vlog*
A Tuesday night trip down to Peterborough for what should be a good game. Peterborough need the points to close in on the play offs, we need the points to stay clear in the play offs. Plus would just be nice to win on our travels - 4th v 8th. IronArmyHD still away in the states, hitting up Hooters as the game was on. So once again Dad gets to vlog.
