Pistons at Lakers, 1995 (rookie Grant Hill, 1st at The Forum)
1-03-1995. Grant's first at The Forum, Allan Houston with one of the most beautiful shooting forms in NBA history, scored 53 at Staples on the Lakes in 2003. But back to 1/3/95, things rosy up to this point of the season. However, just a week later, they suffered a nasty 46 pt loss at Porty and there was a "misunderstanding" between Nick and Del where Nick came out of the locker room and sat on the bench at the start of the 3rd and didn't report for some reason and Del was too scared to ask him what up. Nick sat out the rest of the game. That was warning signal #1, 1/9/95 at POR. Then by 1/20/95 at the historic final game at the Boston Garden that Nick won at the buzz, there were reports that Ced was miffed over something. He looked glum from start to finish in that game. When Nick hit that shot, Ced barely responded as every other Laker went berserk. Those kinds of things foreshadowed things to come. (PS: The original recorder of this game was swissbeats2k who watches and posts on my vids. Round of applause to The Swiss! I don't have many 95 Chick home gms in my collection.)
Blazers at Lakers, 1997 (good gm, Nick vs Kenny A, Shaq v Sabz, Jones vs Rider, Sheed, etc)
12-13-1996. Friday the 13th. Jason Voorhees DNP-CD, but one of the top dozen gms of the year, KOBE DNP-CD (game was too tight at that early point of the season for Kobz to get in). Kenny Anderson played a strong game against Van Exel on the reg, matter of fact, Nick after this game laughed in semi-disbelief, "Kenny Anderson played GOOOD!..." Yet again Porty acting like the Lakers stole their bikes and play them like it's a playoff gm. It's weird how when it's ACTUALLY the playoffs, they suddenly stop being such a pain in the ass.
Blazers at Lakers, April 1999 REG SEAS (Chick, good one, a "lost" title, 1st upping)
4-29-1999. PS: Not to be confused w/ the 5/5/99 gm vs POR at The Forum, which I also have up. This was one of the last 4 gms at The Forum. The 50 game schedule in 1999 was weird like this year's schedule is. It had a couple of 3 games in 3 daze streaks (one of which got Del Harris fired because they lost all 3) and the next home gm vs POR was only 3 gms after this one, they also played the Blazers all 4 times in a 3 week span. Plus, the Lakers had all kinds of turbulence this season w/ trades, firings, signings, etc. You know all the comings and goings if you were a fan. By this time, Rodman was gone, so no Dennis. RIP Chick & Marge Hearn, RIP KOBE & GIANNA and RIP Joe McDonnell aka "Big Nasty".

WASH Bullets at Lakers, 1989 (Magic clutch shot for OT)
12-04-1988. Game containing famous Magic long bomb to send game to OT. I remember a teacher of mine telling us what happened at that moment the day after this game. Bullets were scrappy all night.
Lakers at Charlotte Hornets, 1991
1-24-1991. Still-expansion Hornets a year before they became eligible to vie for the 1st pick, which they did win, and used on Larry Johnson.

3-03-2004. Found this one, didn't even remember having it, but it's a self-recorded one.
