The Ivorian was one of Arsenal's impactful players in the game. His first touch let him down a few times but for the most part, he was a constant threat for #Arsenal. This is a massive season for #Pepe to prove to all involved at #AFC that it was a good decision to invest heavily in him.

The Norwegian playmaker has really come in and become one of the technical leaders of this new-look #Arsenal team. #Odegaard makes the team tick and his work rate is outstanding. His game intelligence makes him a player that brings players along with him. He makes teammates better. I really want to shout him out for his defensive work and how he leads the #AFC press and steps forward as a second striker.

Saka Rating | Arsenal 1 - 0 Norwich
Young buck #Saka had a steady game but it was not up to his very high standards. He is so good that an average day at the office for him is still good enough to contribute towards a team win but he will have many days that will be better than he had against Norwich. I am aware that he got kicked a bit by the opponents and I think this is something many teams will try against him. He needs to get used to it. #AFC #ARSENAL
Rating Sambi - The Arsenal midfield general | Arsenal 1 - 0 Norwich
#Sambi continued his impressive start to life at #Arsenal and did his chance for further opportunities no harm. He only played 62 minutes after he had come back from International duty with a slight injury concern and he bossed the midfield for #AFC. He also finished with the most passes [52]. His vision and distribution were superb. He's still a raw talent but Mikel Arteta and his coaching staff must be salivating at the potential they can still unlock in him. What a talent. What a player.
Tierney Rating | Arsenal 1 - 0 Norwich
KT was KT. Good day at the office. Nothing new. He did what was expected of him going forward and helped the team to keep a clean sheet defensively.
Rating Ben White | Arsenal 1 - 0 Norwich
#BenWhite showed a lot of his strong qualities in this game. There will certainly be stiffer challenges ahead but in this game, he showed when given time on the ball he can cause teams problems. There aren't many defenders in the game who can pass as he can. He was efficient with the ball and he is a good defender too. People made too much of his aerial struggles at Brentford and slaughtered him for the weeks that followed. He showed in this game why #Arsenal spent so much money on him. His partnership with Gabriel will serve #afc well for some time to come if they can stay healthy.
TOMIYASU Rating | Arsenal 1 - 0 Norwich
The #Arsenal debutant had an excellent start to life in front of his new fans. The crowd reacted well to his high-energy, high-octane brand of football. He was tidy on the ball and connected extremely well with his teammates. The fact that he has been with the team for only two days of training makes his performance even more impressive. He looks a really solid addition to the Arsenal side, his two-footedness will be an advantage, his distribution was excellent, and was more involved in attacks than some fans had anticipated from reading his numbers from Bologna. He looks like he is going to shock a few people with how well he can attack.
