Livingston was 4 of 7 from the floor and matched a career-high with nine assists. Grayer, who had three straight double-doubles before a foot sprain limited his play in George Mason's last three games, collected his sixth double-double. Justin Kier added 13 points and AJ Wilson had 11 for the Patriots. Yuta Watanabe had 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Colonials. Jair Bolden added 11 points and five assists.

Davis, who started the run with a 3-pointer, did the same to ignite a 15-2 burst, which included six points from Jalen Williams. Furman led 39-21 at the half. Matt Morgan had 19 points and seven assists for the Big Red. Steven Julian chipped in 10 points. Desmond Cambridge made four 3-pointers and scored 26 points to lead Brown. It was his sixth 20-point game of the season. Cambridge was 9 of 24 from the field while the rest of the team combined for 12-of-43 shooting (28 percent).
