The Philadelphia Union absolutely dominate Toronto FC in a 5-0 victory. The Union were up to the task of playing the number one team in the league, as they started off the game very strong with a few scoring opportunities. Sergio Santos started and ended the scoring with a hattrick. Very excited for their next game on Wednesday against Chicago! The Phillies blow the game again in a late inning because of the bullpen, no surprise there. Brandon Workman and Tommy Hunter pitched in the 8th inning where the Marlins made their 3 run comeback off one swing from newly acquired Starling Marte. The Phillies still play the Marlins 6 more times in the next 5 days, they must take advantage of this series or the playoff hopes will be left behind them.

The Phillies sweep the Nationals out of Philly and remain perfect against Washington this season. It took a little longer then it has the other two games as this one went to extras. Alec Bohm hit a sac fly into center field to allow JT Realmuto to score the game winning run. Bohm also had 3 hits on the day. Rhys Hoskins stays hot with the bat and hits his 7th homerun of the season. The Phillies win 6-5 as Blake Parker got the win in relief.
