The Muskies snapped a five-game losing streak with the win over the 6-24 Hoyas to improve to 18-12 on the season and 8-11 in the Big East. Xavier heads into the Big East tournament this week as the No. 8 seed and plays No. 9 Butler on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. ET at Madison Square Garden.
