Michigan Wolverines vs Wisconsin Badgers Postgame Fan Reaction (DON'T FIRE JIM HARBAUGH?). Wisconsin did exactly what the Wolverines thought they were going to do in this game. They stopped the run! Blake Corum, Hassan Haskins and Company had just 44 carries for 112 yards (2.5 yards per carry). With that, Cade McNamara and JJ McCarthy needed to help out in the passing game, and they did! Cade went 17/28 for 197 yards, 2 touchdowns and 0 interceptions and McCarthy went 1/1 for 56 yards, 1 touchdown, and 0 interceptions. Roman Wilson led the charge for the receivers with 6 receptions for 81 yards. Daylen Baldwin added in a 56-yard touchdown reception, and Cornelius Johnson's only 2 catches on the day were for touchdowns (and 47 total yards). Graham Mertz predictably struggled going just 8/15 for 115 yards, 1 touchdown and 0 interceptions. He was injured early into the second half after a Dax Hill sack, and Chase Wolf came in with relief duties. Wolf went only 3/8 for 52 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception against a Josh Ross and Aidan Hutchinson-led, stingy, Michigan defense. The Wisconsin rushing game also struggled behind Jalen Berger and Chez Mellusi, gaining just 43 yards on 32 carries (1.3 yards per carry). Paul Chryst's squad falls to 1-3 in an already disappoint season for Wisconsin, and Jim Harbaugh's Michigan Football Team improves to 5-0 with a lot of momentum moving forward.

Alabama Crimson Tide vs Florida Gators Postgame Fan Reaction (WHAT WAS THAT 2 POINT CONVERSION CALL?). Bama won this one late after starting with a 21-3 lead and squandering it late. Bryce Young went 22/35 for 240 yards, 3 touchdowns and 0 interceptions. His counterpart in Emory Jones went 18/28 for 195 yards, 0 touchdowns and 1 interception. The Gators did an excellent job running the ball with 43 rushes and 245 yards (5.7 yards per carry). Malik Davis led the way with 10 carries for 86 yards and 1 touchdown, Jones added 19 carries for 77 yards, and Nay'Quan Wright contributed with another 7 carries for 58 yards. The Florida front seven did a great job stopping the run on their end as Alabama only ran 28 times for 91 yards (3.3 yards per carry). Brian Robinson Jr. had 15 carries for 78 yards and 1 touchdown. Jameson Williams topped the Bama receiving roster with 4 catches for 61 yards, followed by John Metchie III who had 6 receptions for 49 yards. Keon Zipperer hauled in 4 balls for 51 yards and Trent Whittemore caught 4 for 35 yards. The Gators fought hard and had their chance in the end, but a poor play call on a 2-point conversion attempt to tie the game ended poorly, and the Crimson Tide won 31-29.
How Ohio State & Michigan Fans Watched Week 2 College Football Games (2021). Week 2 of the college football season was an absolute thriller, especially if you are a fan of Michigan football (and thus a rival of Ohio State football). The Wolverines watched their team dominate at the Big House under the lights vs the Washington Huskies, 31-10. Earlier in the day they were delighted to see the Buckeyes lose to the Oregon Ducks 35-28 at The Shoe in Columbus. Coastal Carolina waxed Kansas on Friday night, the Texas A&M Aggies squeaked by the Colorado Buffaloes in a defensive battle, Notre Dame held on against the Toledo Rockets 32-29, Stanford upset Southern Cal, which resulted in the firing of Clay Helton, Arkansas gave Texas a taste of what life will be like in the SEC, BYU won the Holy War over Utah, and Miami won a tight one against App State. All of that and so much more. Here is what Week 2 looked like in the lens of an Ohio State Buckeyes and a Michigan Wolverines fan.
Dallas Cowboys vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers Postgame Fan Reaction and today we are reacting to the Dak Prescott & Tom Brady Show in this Week 1 NFL matchup to kickoff the season. Both quarterbacks were phenomenal in this game. Prescott went 42/58 for 403 yards, 3 touchdowns and just 1 interception. His favorites receivers were Amari Cooper (13 receptions for 139 yards and 2 touchdowns) and CeeDee Lamb (7 receptions for 104 yards and 1 touchdown). Brady went 32/50 for 379 yards, 4 touchdowns and 2 interceptions). His best targets were Antonio Brown (5 receptions for 121 yards and 1 touchdown), Chris Godwin (9 receptions for 105 yards and 1 touchdown) and Rob Gronkowski (8 receptions for 90 yards and 2 touchdowns). Neither team ran the ball very well with Ezekiel Elliott, Leonard Fournette and Ronald Jones in their respective backfields. In the end the Bucs were victorious 31-29 in the NFL Kickoff Season Opener after a Ryan Succop game-winning field goal in the final seconds.
Michigan Wolverines vs Washington Huskies Preview & Predictions for Week 2 of College Football 2021. The Huskies were upset on their home field by the Montana Grizzlies after a rough outing out of Dylan Morris and his supporting cast (Richard Newton, Giles Jackson, Cadd Otton, and Taj Davis). They'll look to bounce back on the road in Ann Arbor, Michigan against a Michigan team that looked much improved last week against the Western Michigan Broncos. Cade McNamara was efficient with the long ball and took care of the football. The Wolverines lost their best wide receiver in Ronnie Bell to a season-ending injury, but they have a lot of talent to have that next man up mentality. Daylen Baldwin, AJ Henning, Cornelius Johnson and Mike Sanristil look to have big impacts moving forward. The running back tandem of Blake Corum and Hassan Haskins looked as solid as ever. Zach Charbonnet transferred over to UCLA and has looked good there, but so far they haven't missed a beat without him. Both the Wolverines and Huskies played well on defense last week. They'll try to do the same in what could be a defensive battle with just a 48.5-point over/under. Jim Harbaugh and Josh Gattis are going to need this one if they want to continue to avoid the fire.
Ohio State Buckeyes vs Oregon Ducks Preview & Predictions for Week 2 of College Football 2021. The Buckeyes defeated the Minnesota Gophers in Week 1 45-31 behind big days out of CJ Stroud, TreVeyon Henderson, Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson, and Miyan Williams. The Ducks defeated the Fresno State Bulldogs 31-24 with help from CJ Verdell, Johnny Johnson III, and Travis Dye. Oregon is going to need a lot more out of their quarterback, Anthony Brown, if they want to have a shot at pulling off the upset. The Ducks are 14.5-point underdogs here and will need better efforts out of him and Jaylon Redd (only 1 catch for 13 yards against Fresno State). The Buckeyes will look to slow down that Joe Moorhead led offense and stifle any game plan Mario Cristobal may have here. Ryan Day is certainly no stranger to being one step ahead of the competition in that regard. We'll see who we think is going to get the better of who in this pivotal Big Ten vs Pac 12 matchup early in the college football season.
