Kyle Lowry made his return to the 6 today! The first time since he was traded to the Miami Heat. Before the game, pictures of a Lowry Statue appeared on Social media. Before the starters were introduced, the Raptors put on a great tribute for the raptor legend. It was also revealed that the day would be proclaimed KYLE LOWRY DAY. Just an amazing show of love for the man who spend over 9 seasons with the raptors. Over the course of those seasons Kyle Lowry was credited for bringing a level of leadership that was lacking in the raptors years prior.
Jordan Clarkson reacts to Filipino Heritage Night in Houston
Earlier today, the Houston Rockets hosted the Utah Jazz for the first Filipino Heritage Night this season. Jalen Green & Jordan Clarkson became the first two players of Filipino descent to share the court in one game! All fans in attendance at the Toyota Center received a Jalen Green t-shirt, while ticket sales will partially go to support organizations that work with Filipinos in Houston. The Toyota center was decked out with Filipino flags, streamers in Filipino colors and greetings on the jumbotrons. And you know for a fact that our Kababayans were out in full force to show the world how much we love basketball.

Both of these teams made it to the Playoffs last season, but both of them were also eliminated in the first round. Dallas has addressed their weaknesses by adding James Johnson, Josh Richardson and Wes Iwundu. They also retained Willie Cauley-Stein and Trey Burke. Can they build off the relative success they had last season? Utah, on the other hand, brought Derrick Favors back to the team.
