Dylan Larkin VS Phillip Danault - Incident Review
OK Guys, so in this video we take a look at an incident which happened in last night's game between the LA Kings and the Detroit Red Wings. The Kings take an early lead in the game , with one of the goal scorers being Phil Danault. After the second goal is scored, there is a faceoff at center ice, with Phil Danault lining up against Dylan Larkin. There is a scramble after the draw, and than Dylan Larkin delivers a cross check to the back of Danault, followed by a couple more small cross checks after wards. Danault gets back to his feet and drops the gloves with Larkin, they have a short spirited bout before skating off to the penalty box. The Kings would win this game by a score of 4-0, and there are many fans around the NHL questioning whether or not Larkin will be suspended or fined for this incident. What are your thoughts? Habs Trade Rumors - 5 Trade Destinations for Ben Chiarot
OK guys, its time to have a little chat about Montreal Canadiens defensemen Ben Chiarot. Chiarot is rated fairly high on TSN's trade bait board, and according to hockey insiders, he will be one of the league's most targeted defensemen at the trade deadline. Chiarot has been having a decent year, despite Montreal's setbacks, and his style of hockey will definitely fit the bill for some Cup Contending teams who are entering this year's playoffs with high hopes. Pierre Lebrun mentioned on RDS that the Florida Panthers are one of the teams that will be interested in Chiarot's services, and may even try and acquire him soon. According to some other chatter around the league, there is alot of speculation that the New York Rangers, the Washington Capitals, the Edmonton Oilers, and the Colorado Avalanche may also pitch some offers to Montreal about Ben Chiarot. Sam Bennett Head Shots Cedric Paquette - Incident Review
OK Guys, in this video I take a look at an incident which occured in the recent game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Florida Panthers. Cedric Paquette is playing the puck in his own zone, in front of the goaltender when Sam Bennett comes in and throws throws a hard shoulder check to the head of Paquette, causing him to leave the game with a neck injury. The NHL's department of player safety has decided to review the incident, and will have a conversation with Bennett on the particular play, possibly resulting in a fine or a suspension. Bennett has been involved in a couple other incidents throughout his career, including a suspension for a charge/boarding incident against Blake Coleman. Habs Thoughts - Gallagher VS NHL Officiating
OK guys, its time to have a chat about Brendan Gallagher and his relationship with the referee's of the NHL. Tuesday night, the Montreal Canadiens played a game against the Tampa Bay Lightning when a questionable call took place with Gallagher scoring a goal, but the goal being called off due to goaltender interference. Many Hab fans thought the officials had it wrong, Dominique Ducharme didn't like the call and expressed his frustration to the media after the game, and even hockey fans outside of Montreal thought that the play was a little weird. This isn't the first rodeo for Gallagher, who makes a living in front of the net, annoying goaltenders as best as he can. Jonah Gadjovich Lays a Beating on Jan Jenik - Incident Review
OK Guys, so in this video, I take a look at a recent incident which took place in the game between the San Jose Sharks and the Arizona Coyotes. A few minutes into the first period, Jonah Gadjovich cross checks Ghostisbehere from behind, and he falls into the boards awkwardly. The refs arm is up, there is a penalty on the play, but than Jan Jenik decides to come in and rough up Gajovich. Both players drop the gloves with Gadjovich getting the better of Jenik in a one sided affair, and than Jenik falls down and the hockey fight is over. Jenik has a bloody nose, the Coyotes lose the game, 8-7 in overtime, with Gadjovich picking up 9 minutes in penalties and an assist in the victory. Gallagher Punches Goodrow in the Face - Incident Review (Habs VS Rangers)
OK guys, so in this incident review video, I decide to take a look at the recent game between the Montreal Canadiens and the New York Rangers. The Rangers are ahead , late in the game by a score of 3-2, when Habs forward Brendan Gallagher is lined up for a faceoff alongside new Ranger Barclay Goodrow. They exchange some words, Ryan Reaves also does some chirping from behind the bench, but when the puck is dropped, emotions run high, and Gallagher throws a gloved punch to the face of Goodrow, sending him to the ice. The play would result in a penalty, the Habs would lose the game, and Brendan Gallagher would be fined 2500 dollars from the department of player safety. Jeff Petry Pushes Dylan Larkin into Jake Allen - Incident Review (Habs VS Red Wings)
OK , so in this video, I do an incident review of the collision that happened in the game last night, November 13th between the Montreal Canadiens and the Detroit Red Wings. During the game, Jeff Petry loses the puck in the Red Wings Zone, as Dylan Larkin picks it up and creates a 2 on 1 for the Red Wings heading towards Jake Allen. Right as Larkin is about to make a move and cut towards the net, Jeff Petry pushes Larkin into his own goaltender, an unsuspecting Jake Allen, and they have a horrible collision which saw a trainer come onto the ice to help Dylan Larkin, who originally thought he was missing teeth but would remain in the game. Although later in the game, Jake Allen would be pulled out from the concussion protocol group, and would miss the remainder of this one.
