It was a slow-moving start to the match as Chelsea found it difficult to break down a highly defensive Zenit squad. Half time was 0-0 with quite a few fans frustrated. But leave it to the man on fire to break the deadlock and take all three points thanks to another delightful assist from captain Azpilicueta, AKA Assistpilicueta. Late substitutions meant Ruben-Loftus Cheek was reacquainted with the fans at Stamford Bridge and Ben Chilwell received his first minutes of the season. #CFC #CHELSEAFC #ARSENAL Romelu Lukaku has returned to Chelsea and made his debut under Thomas Tuchel against Arsenal this past Sunday in the Premier League. Lukaku bullied the entire backline, including Holding and Mari, while enjoying himself a full 90 minutes including a goal and almost an assist. Reece James showed up for the dance and had himself a great day down the right flank, terrorizing Arsenal with his attacking play. He smashed in his goal after collecting his first (of most likely many) assist to Lukaku who had a tap in. Thomas Tuchel has started this season so strong after winning the UEFA Super Cup against Villareal and cruising past Crystal Palace last week. Chelsea sit top of the table with 6 points, no goals conceded and a +4 goal difference.
