AFC Wimbledon are facing one of their toughest tests this season - a match against a Sheffield Wednesday side, whose stats are a bit deceiving - 11 goals scored in 11 games, despite the power they possess up front with midfield maestro Barry Bannan, and prolific goal scorer Lee Gregory. 9 goals conceded as well, all of which combine for a tough side to beat. Both sides see some injuries, including the Dons' most recent knock, Will Nightingale out for the short term with a knee issue. Marsh is out for a little over a month, Palmer is still out as well. #COYD
The Dons come back from 2-0 down to finish the game 2-2, but don't let the initial 2-0 deficit deceive you, AFC Wimbledon played a solid game throughout a majority of the 90 minutes. The first goal came from Sheffield Wednesday's quality on the ball, the second from a questionable penalty call. The Dons did have their defensive lapses at times, but they took care of their passes and their possession, and created several decent chances, notably in the second half. 2-2 is a fair result, Wednesday fans will be disappointed though, but I feel as if they had a solid game until the last 15 minutes or so.
AFC Wimbledon are coming off of back-to-back-to-back losses, but they are facing Burton, who have only amassed 5 points in their last 5 games. The stage is set for a bounce-back performance from the Dons at Plough Lane. I am hoping to see either a 4-2-3-1 with Palmer at striker, or perhaps a 4-4-2 with Mebude alongside Pressley if Palmer still isn't fit. Henry Lawrence NEEDS to start regardless. COYD!
AFC Wimbledon finally break their losing streak with a solid finish from McCormick late on! See my thoughts on the match in this video. COYD.
3 game losing streak for AFC Wimbledon if you count the Arsenal game. Lack of chances created last time against Shrewsbury. The Dons look to bounce back against former Championship side Rotherham United, a tough task to say the least. COYD!
The Dons are coming off of a heartbreaking defeat to Plymouth Argyle, and have a tune-up match against a somewhat shallow Shrewsbury. The likes of Palmer and Rudoni, who are coming off of injury, will be key pieces to an AFC Wimbledon side that has fizzled out in chance-creation as of late. COYD!
The Dons are coming off of 2 big wins versus Oxford and Morecambe respectfully, with 7 goals scored in those two. They face off against a sturdy defensive unit in Plymouth, with only 4 goals conceded in 6 games, despite favoring the 3-5-2. It'll be a tough task, especially with Plymouth coming off a 3-1 win over Sheff. Wednesdayt. I think it'll be a grindy 1-1 draw.
Note: I accidentally repeated some content from 06:48 - 08:16, go ahead and skip that section altogether. I'm impressed with Assal and Lawrence with on and off the ball play, as well as Woodyard with quality passes. I personally don't like Pressley playing a lone striker, as he isn't one to create his own chances. Disappointed with McCormick's first touches when he saw himself in shooting range. That's a tl;dr of my thoughts, the rest are shown in this video. Enjoy, and hopefully next week will be better.

Not much to say here. Not a good follow-up to a decent first half performance.
