Pada ajang balap sepeda Tour Down Under tahun 2002, ada seorang pembalap bernama Michael Rogers yang menjadi salah satu pesertanya dengan menggunakan sepeda birunya. Ia beraksi di lintasan balap Australia tersebut, namun di tengah aksinya sepeda miliknya malah rusak tuh. Terlihat ia begitu kesal sampai membanting sepedanya tuh, wah-wah. Eits, tapi siapa sangka disampingnya ada sepeda milik salah satu penonton yang ternyata bertipe sama dengan milik Rogers. Ia langsung aja tuh dia pinjam dan kembali melanjutkan balapan walaupun pembalap ini harus kehilangan sekitar 30 detik karena kejadian tersebut. ia berhasil meraih posisi dua dan hanya tertinggal 16 detik dari rekan setimnya Cadel Evans yang menempati posisi pertama.
