DeMarcus Cousins and Kevin Durant played a friendly game of 1-on-1 game on Friday at the end of the Golden State Warriors' practice. The game concluded when DeMarcus Cousins backed down and threw down a vicious dunk on Kevin Durant. While DeMarcus Cousins is "not that close" to making his season debut as he continues to recover from a torn Achilles tendon, he is healthy enough to dunk on teammate Kevin Durant. The Golden State Warriors will face a big test when DeMarcus Cousins returns from his torn Achilles and makes his much-anticipated debut with the team. DeMarcus Cousins had been working out with the Golden State Warriors’ G League team and a recent report said his return would come some time “after Christmas. DeMarcus Cousins yelled "That's game!" after dunking on Durant, while Durant said he traveled with that move. Kevin Durant later went on by posting the word "travel" in every Instagram posts posted by the media. Make sure you have your ankle insurance, health insurance and life insurance before going against Kevin Durant and DeMarcus Cousins himself! ● Kevin Durant shocked the sports world when he left Oklahoma City Thunder to sign a two-year contract with the Golden State Warriors ahead of the 2016-17 season (he can opt out of the contract after one year). Durant has a sizable endorsement haul with Nike Basketball, Beats Electronics, American Family Insurance, BBVA, Alaska Airlines, Sparkling Ice, Panini and NBA 2K. But he has embraced the startup ethos of his new locale with investments in the Player's Tribune, Acorns, Postmates and JetSmarter. Nike signed Durant to a 10-year extension in 2014 worth as much as $300 million, although sales are off the last two years for his signature shoes. Durant's 27.2 career points per game average is the best among active players and fourth all-time. ● Kevin Durant has been really active in charitable donation in 2018. On January 6, 2018, he donates $3 million to the University of Texas where he won national player of the year honors in his lone season before turning pro. On January 17, 2017, Durant became the first of 10 celebrities to match Colin Kaepernick's donation as part of a 10-day initiative in which he'll donate $10,000 a day to a different non-profit organization. On February 25, 2018, Durant has donated $10 million in a partnership with Prince George’s County Public Schools and College Track, an after school program that helps disadvantaged kids get into college. ● Back in 2016, the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) of which Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry are executives contributed over $15 million a year to fund health insurance plans for most retired NBA players. The plan gives all retired players who played at least three years health insurance until they are eligible for Medicare. Players with at least 7 years in the league get lowered costs, while players who played 10 seasons have their families covered by the insurance plans. ● Drake wore DeMarcus Cousins LeFlore Rattlers high school throwback jersey, in his newest video "In My Feelings" released on August 2, 2018, which has inspired the In My Feelings Challenge globally. Drake became close pals with some of the guys on last season’s Kentucky Wildcats roster, including John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins and Patrick Patterson. After not receiving any outstanding contract offers from other teams, Cousins signed with the Golden State Warriors on July 6, 2018, reportedly a one-year deal for $5.3 million. Back on December 10, 2018, with Cousins nearing a return to the court for the first time since rupturing his left Achilles tendon, he was assigned to Golden State's NBA G League affiliate team, the Santa Cruz Warriors, where he had his first full-contact practice. ► Voiceover and subtitles narration by JimmyBallers20 ► Visual special effects and video editing created with CyberLink PowerDirector & Adobe Premiere Pro ► Videos, images and music used by JimmyBallers20 are granted with permissions, and commercially licensed by StoryBlocks (https://www.storyblocks.com/) ● FACEBOOK : https://www.facebook.com/jimmyballers20

July 26, 2018 - Some of this planet’s best basketball players made their way to Las Vegas on Thursday to participate in the voluntary 2018 Team USA minicamp ran by San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich. Kyrie Irving was then seen trying to hand down some Uncle Drew wisdom and signature moves on how to break down the defense in the lane for a layup while Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and Victor Oladipo watched. The Boston Celtics point guard was seen and heard asking the three to try executing a behind-the-back dribble, Euro step in the middle before finishing at the rim. Both Russell Westbrook and Victor Oladipo took Irving’s lesson seriously, and executed the move but Kevin Durant totally ignored Kyrie Irving, and did his jumpshot instead. Make sure you have your ankle insurance, health insurance and life insurance before going against Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant himself! ● Kyrie is notably known for his role as "Uncle Drew" in the Pepsi Max commercials. An Uncle Drew movie is set for June 29, 2018, which will be produced by Lionsgate. Ever since 2011, Kyrie Irving had been playing in the Quicken Loans Arena for the past 6 years, until he came to a decision to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Boston Celtics back in July 2017. Back on November 16, 2017, there was a claim by Kyrie Irving himself, saying that the Earth is actually flat. Kyrie Irving has partnered up with major brands such as Nike, PepsiCo, Foot Locker, Panini, PSD Luxury Men's Boxer Briefs, and Skullcandy. In December 2014, Irving had launched his Nike Kyrie 3 signature shoe collection and since then the sale of his shoes is touching new heights day by day. The launch colorway was sold out in just 3 minutes. In 2016, he got equity stakes in American company Skullcandy. This deal was a part of an endorsement deal between him and Skullcandy. This move of Kyrie looks professionally good because of Skullcandy's global headphone and earbud market expected to be worth more than $17.5 billion by 2022. ● Reigning NBA MVP Russell Westbrook, one of the league's global superstars, inked a 10-year extension with Nike's Jordan Brand that will be the most lucrative total endorsement deal for a Jordan athlete to date. Westbrook has partnered up with major brands such as Nike/Air Jordan, Mountain Dew, True Religion clothing company, Six Star Pro Nutrition, Samsung, Barneys New York, and Westbrook Frames. His foundation, Russell Westbrook’s Why Not? Foundation was founded back in 2012 to inspire the lives of children, empower them to ask “Why Not?” and teach them to never give up. Last month, Westbrook teamed with the United Way of Greater Los Angeles to give out a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento SXL equipped with car’s registration and auto car insurance for the next year to a family. Every great company has a great story and Leeds Bicycle Solutions is no exception. We began with a desire to fix a problem. We wanted to improve the bicycle commuting experience and make riding a bike easier or like it was when we were kids - simple and fun. Some of my best memories are of when I would ride my bike after school when I was a little kid. Some memories stand out more than others and many of mine involve riding my bike. When I was nine years old I lived on an Air Force Base in Virginia. I would save my allowance and do extra chores for my mom so that I could buy a pack of baseball cards once a week. I loved the Baltimore Orioles, Atlanta Braves, and New York Yankees. Cal Ripken once gave me a high five at a baseball game and I thought it was by far the coolest experience. I memorized players' stats and told everyone current baseball events as if that's all that mattered in the world. As soon as I had enough money each week, I would hop on my bike and pedal as fast as possible to the baseball card shop about two miles from my house. I'd take a shortcut through the forest, zip along the road, and cut through neighbors' back yards. I'd spend a few minutes guessing which pack had the best cards in it and then I'd buy it quickly. I'd pop the stale stick of gum from the Topps pack of cards and then flip through looking for my favorite players, particularly Cal Ripken. Those days are long gone, but the memories feel as if they were yesterday. When I was in my twenties, a bike became a necessary means of transportation and a means to serve others. I rode to and from college campus on my bike in order to pinch pennies. I ate Top Ramen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After my first year of school I served a two-year ecclesiastical mission for my church in Honduras. As we served local communities following the devastation of Hurricane Mitch in 1998, we borrowed bicycles to reach homes that were far from a small pueblo called Talanga. Bikes were the only means of transportation that allowed us to reach those in spiritual and physical need. At 30 I wanted to raise money for the children of deceased veterans. These veterans motivated me to work with the Freedom Alliance and raised money for scholarships by riding my bike from Quebec, Canada to Key West, Florida in just over a month. We did not raise much, but I know it meant something to the recipients of the money. It meant that their mothers and fathers who served their country and sacrificed so much are not and will never be forgotten. Later, as I got older, had kids, and fell into what seemed like the rat race of commuting to and from work every day, I felt like something was missing. It took an accident for me to figure out what was missing. While I was in the Army, I made the mistake of injuring my right foot. My injury was bad enough that it was considered career-ending. I was told I would not be able to run again and I faced the challenges we all do at some point in our lives of having a body unable to perform as it did when we were young. So I was determined to make the best of my situation and I began commuting to work with my bicycle. It gave me a new found freedom since I could not run and do many things like before. The problem I faced was being able to bike like I used to. It was difficult to put all my weight on my foot when I was climbing hills to and from work on the bike. So I began looking for a biking solution. That solution was found in European and Asian cultures of commuting to work. I discovered electric bikes. The problem I found with electric bikes was the associated costs, absurd designs, and poor performance in most systems. I set out to create an electric bike conversion kit that was affordable and could be installed on any bicycle, essentially a kit that would convert your old bike into a brand new electric bike that was powered by well respected lithium-ion battery manufacturers like Panasonic and Samsung. A bike that would give you the ability to ride like a kid again. After a large effort, huge costs, and eventually a great product, we decided to take the kit to market by launching a crowdfunding campaign on kickstarter.com. My wife, kids, and I had fun making a cheesy homemade video (see below) to launch the product. This was a fun venture and looking back is a little embarrassing to say the least, but I suppose that is what made our story an authentic American startup success. The introduction of our original Five Minute E-Bike Kit on Kickstarter which has since been updated is now known as our 250 Series Electric Bike Kit. It has transformed into something we never imagined. We have sold thousands of electric bike kits, and recently launched our 500 Watt kits on Kickstarter now known as our 500 Series Electric Bike Kits which are available on a new site ebikemybike.com. We have also added high quality German electric bikes to our product line on a third site available at leedsbikes.com
