Novak Djokovic REVEALS His Secret Mindset Shift That ENDS Self-Doubt...

Have you ever doubted yourself? Has self-doubt ever held you back? Today, Jay welcomes back tennis GOAT, Olympic Gold medallist and 24 Grand Slams singles titles winner Novak Djokovic for a deep and vulnerable conversation about what it truly takes to master both the external and internal journey to success. Novak reflects on the practices instilled in him from childhood: visualization, journaling, meditation, and even listening to classical music, that became the foundation of his holistic approach to self-care and peak performance. He shares how these early lessons influenced his career and his outlook on growth, spirituality, and resilience, helping him see tennis not just as a sport but as a path to becoming a better person. Together, Jay and Novak explore the hidden battles that come with chasing greatness, including the pressure of expectation, the tension between ego and humility, and the deep-rooted feelings of not being enough that fueled Novak’s drive from a young age. Novak opens up about the struggles of injury, criticism, and hostile environments, and how he learned to transform those moments into opportunities for growth. He emphasizes that even at the height of his career, the real work is internal, practicing surrender, emotional regulation, and presence; reminding us that success is as much about mastering the mind as it is about winning titles. In this interview, you'll learn: How to Build Mental Strength Like a Champion How to Turn Pain Into Purpose How to Practice Surrender and Let Go How to Use Visualization to Shape Your Future How to Find Balance Between Ego and Humility How to Recover From Setbacks With Resilience How to Create Daily Habits for Inner Peace Every challenge, setback, and victory is an opportunity to reflect, strengthen your resilience, and tap into the strength you already have. Remember, real success isn’t just about achievements, it’s about how you live, how you grow, and the impact you leave behind. The second ODI is set to take place at the Great Barrier Reef Arena on Friday August 22. South Africa will be without Prenelan Subrayen. Crictalks Live. Who was reported for a suspect bowling action by the ICC following his debut in the first ODI. While off-spinner remains available for selection until testing is conducted the Proteas have opted to leave him out of the XI to shield him from surrounding noise. Spinners ruled the roost in Cairns during the opening match of the ODI series. Keshav Maharaj starred with a five-wicket haul while Adam Zampa was economical and picked a wicket. However Zampa’s on-field demeanour saw him handed a demerit point. If he gets three more such points he will be suspended for either 2 ODIs or 2 T20Is. In the previous game Mitchell Marsh won the toss for the 21st time in Limited. Overs Internationals and for the 21st time he chose to bowl first. Markram and Rickelton got Proteas off to a solid start. The duo added 92 runs for the first wicket. Rickelton fell for 33 but Markram carried on and scored a fine half-century. He fell 18 runs short of his ton. Skipper Temba Bavuma and Matthew Breetzke also scored half-centuries. Tristan Stubbs bagged a silver duck while Dewald Brevis on debut smashed a six first ball but lost wicket on very next delivery. South Africa managed to post 296/8 from their 50 overs. Travis Head was the pick of the bowlers for Australia he finished with figures of 4/57 from 9 overs. Ben Dwarshuis picked up two and Zampa got one wicket. In reply Head and Mitchell Marsh started well for the Aussies. They put on a 60-run opening stand was broken by Subrayen. Keshav Maharaj then ran through the Australian middle order with a five-wicket haul. Two wickets each for Lungi Ngidi and Nandre Burger and one for Subrayen helped the Proteas bowl out Australia for 198 in 40.5 overs. Iqbal Sports Live. Km Punk Live. Can Australia bounce back to keep the series alive? Mark Waugh doesn't hold back generally. But he sounded extra agitated the other night commentary as Australia fell in a heap against Keshav Maharaj in Cairns. He lamented about how some in the Australian middle-order looked like they'd never faced quality left-arm spin before. To be honest you couldn't blame him. It was a pretty inept display of batting albeit on a surface that did grip and turn more than expected. Maharaj kept landing the ball on the perfect length targeting the stumps and one after the other the Aussies got stuck in their crease exposing their pads or their stumps or both. Crictalks. Iqbal Sports. Km Punk. While Marnus Labuschagne could at least claim to have been dismissed off a truly brilliant delivery-not that it gives him any excuse for not making the most of a valuable opportunity to send the selectors a reminder-the others largely surrendered to Maharaj's guile without a fight. Or even a semblance of any intent. If not for captain Mitch Marsh's rearguard efforts Australia might suffered worst home defeat ODI nearly 35 years-ironically when another left-arm spinner Ravi Shastri spun them into submission WACA. This was also the latest in a string of poor results for the defending 50-over champions since start of the year Rarely has an Australian ODI team gone on such a losing spree even if you can cite the constant rotation of players lack of stability with the team for it. With Steve Smith and Glenn Maxwell now retired from the format. Audio Content Disclaimer For This Content This is self-created content and not copied content. Australia vs South Africa 3rd T20 Live Scores This Match Will be Played at Cazaly's Stadium Cairns on 16th August 2025 This Match Will Start at 2.45pm From Indian Standard time. This has been a rollicking series with plenty of action across the two matches in Darwin and the two teams arrive in Queensland for the series-decider with the assignment currently standing at 1-1. Iqbal Sports Live. Km Punk Live. Crictalks Live. Named after Australian rules football legend Roy Cazaly the Cazaly's Stadium is all set to host its maiden T20 international while this will be the first international game at the venue since September 2022. A Tim David power show rescued Australia in the series opener. David hammered away 83 runs off just 52 balls to lift the side to a challenging 178 from 75/6. Kwena Maphaka bagged 4/20 Kagiso Rabada finished with 2/29. Iqbal Sports. Km Punk. Senuran Muthusamy returned with an excellent 1/24 as these spells put the Aussies on the back foot for the majority of the innings. Still it didn't keep David under pressure as the big man went hammer and tongs. South Africa struggled in the run chase with Australia bowling tight lines and lengths. Ryan Rickelton scored a decent half-century but he was a bit too late to take the attack to the opposition as his 71 came off 55 balls. Crictalks. Tristan Stubbs supported the keeper-batter but in the end it was a bit too much to do for the visitors as the rest of the batting line-up collapsed big time. Josh Hazlewood and Ben Dwarshuis grabbed three wickets each while Adam Zampa and Glenn Maxwell kept the stranglehold on the Aiden Markram-led side and restricted it to 161/9 helping the Aussies to a 17-run win. The Proteas had to come back in the second T20I but at 57/3. One thought it was just another game that Australia would dominate. It wasn't the case this time. Dewald Brevis stepped up for the touring party playing a career-defining knock and scoring a breathtaking 125* off 56 balls and saw his side post a massive 218/7 after being put into bat first. Hazlewood and Zampa were extremely expensive while Maxwell Dwarshuis continued their good series with the ball and applied a bit of resistance from their end. Australia kept their attacking instinct once again with plenty of batters getting starts and throwing their wickets irrespective of the situation their team was in. David once again came to the rescue and scored a whirlwind half-century but time unlike the first T20I his catch wasn't put down. South Africa kept chipping away and ensured that scoreboard pressure brought about the hosts' downfall as Australia were bundled out for 165 losing the second game by 53 runs. Every bowler chipped in for the Proteas. Corbin Bosch and Maphaka snared three wickets each. Despite latter being expensive the left-arm seamer was effective with his wicket-taking ability. There are a couple of injury concerns Australia heading into the series finale. Matthew Short who was initially said to be missing the first two T20Is due a side injury picked up while training in West Indies hasn't fully recovered and has been ruled out of the series decider. Hardie who the squad as a cover continues to remain in the Aussie camp. Hardie could come straight playing XI as the hosts will miss dashing all-rounder Mitchell Owen's services. Owen was hit on the helmet in second T20I. He has shown delayed symptoms of concussion and as per the protocols the Tasmanian has to be rested for a minimum of 12 days. Josh Inglis who missed the previous game due to the flu is expected to be back in the XI replacing Carey.
