This moves purpose is to make it look like you're going to strike the ball through shooting, passing, crossing or something similar, only to at the last moment cut the ball the other way. This move is one of the simplest looking in the game, but trust me when I say it is one of the most effective. It seriously works at all levels whether it be the youth soccer level, school level, college level and even professional football level. Easy Skill Moves Soccer #2 The next one we cover is probably the soccer skill move that I use the most, the Cruyff! Again, because this move is commonly used and because many players have developed the ability to use it, it's seen as undesirable move. But why do you think so many pros use it? Because it works! It doesn't need to be fancy to work. The Cruyff turn is a great example of that. Use this move to fake a shot, cross, or pass. Easy Skill Moves Soccer #3 When it comes to soccer skills to beat a defender, this one can be devastating if done correctly and that move is the stop and go. Now, admittedly, I personally don't use this one that much. But it is very easy to learn the movement and I have seen it used to devastating effect. You typically want to use it while running at a fast speed. Then when you stop the ball, the defender will as well. At that point, you push it forward again quickly with your other foot while they are slowing down. Easy Skill Moves Soccer #4 When I think of my favorite soccer skills to use in a match, my mind always goes to the la croqueta! It's so smooth, silky and effective! This move is one of the more difficult on this list, but again, the movement itself doesn't take too long to learn. The timing will take a bit for you to get used to, but the more you play, the better at this you'll get. If we were to discuss soccer moves that defenders hate, I would throw this one in there. If a defender commits and you do this correctly, they won't have time to recover. Easy Skill Moves Soccer #5 This is one of the best soccer moves for midfielders, more specifically, wingers. The Ronaldo chop is the perfect move to change directions quickly when moving at high speeds. You usually will need a little bit of space to work with, but when this is done right, very few defenders will be able to stop you. You can see this move done at all levels. Cristiano Ronaldo of course did it all the time at Manchester United and in his early years at Real Madrid. It's fairly easy to learn, yet can be so effective.
