Here's how the 23-layer chocolate cake at Michael Jordan's The Steak House in N.Y.C in made. Ingredients like eggs, butter, flour, and cocoa powder are combined to make a cake batter. The thick cake mix takes over an hour to bake. It's cut into 11 sheets and layered with 11 layers of chocolate mousse. The finished cake is topped off with a layer of dark chocolate ganache.
