2015 Speedster Cup (ER-6 Cup) Round 4 Falkenberg Race 1
Seventh race of the 2015 season, in Falkenberg. Speedster Cup is a new support class in the Swedish Championships, mostly created for beginners with one basic rule of having at least 35 bhp. This makes for some great racing and is a great way for newcomers to get into the world of Roadracing. Within the Speedster Cup, Kawasaki launched their own ER-6 Cup as an option for both beginners and more experienced riders. The point of the ER-6 Cup is to have a cheaper option of racing, a middle step for juniors and beginners before getting on to larger machinery, and an evenly matched starting grid. Thanks to some reliable stats we can see who Fahad Al Enzi is up against: Arsenal star and ex-athlete Theo Walcott has reportedly run an astonishing 10.6 seconds over 100 metres, according to Mirror Football. Flying Tottenham winger Gareth Bale claims to have run 100 metres in 11.4 seconds as a 14-year-old – an incredible time he has surely improved on since, as reported by The Telegraph. American defender Marvell Wynne is reputed as one of the quickest players, and rightly so as he set a 100m time of 10.39 seconds back in high school, according to Sports Pundit. Jamaican striker Luton Shelton is also worth a mention, apparently running the 40-yard dash in 4.59 seconds according to a Norwegian publication Dagbladet.
