Ketika babak final dimulai, Luz berhasil melompat sejauh 7,54 meter. Namun, Jesse membalasnya dengan lompatan sejauh 7,74 meter. Pada kesempatan berikutnya, Luz mencatatkan jarak 7,87 meter, tetapi Jesse kembali unggul dengan lompatan sejauh 7,94 meter sekaligus memecahkan rekor. Seluruh stadion pun bergemuruh menyaksikan persaingan mereka. Giannis Antetokounmpo: Η πορεία, η νέα αρχή, η οικογένεια & το mentality | AnesTea The Podcast #34
*ENGLISH* Giannis Antetokounmpo, just days after the end of a 13-year chapter. Giannis Antetokounmpo joins me for one of the most personal, honest, and revealing interviews he has ever given to a Greek media outlet, exclusively on Anestea The Podcast. Just days after the blockbuster trade that sent him from the Milwaukee Bucks to the Miami Heat, following 13 unforgettable years, two NBA MVP awards, and an NBA Championship, Giannis opens up like never before. For the first time publicly, he reveals how deeply he believed he would spend his entire NBA career in Milwaukee. He reflects on his gratitude for the Bucks organization and the city he considers his second home and family, while explaining why he constantly pushes himself beyond his comfort zone in search of new challenges. But this conversation goes far beyond basketball. Giannis takes me back to his childhood in Sepolia, Athens, growing up with financial hardship, experiencing racism, and living for years without Greek citizenship. He shares the values his parents instilled in him—humility, hard work, and faith—and explains how they taught him to turn every challenge into strength instead of anger. He also talks about the people who keep him grounded: his wife, Mariah, his mother, his brothers, and his late father, whose absence continues to shape his life. We discuss the pressure he faced during the early years of his career, the mindset required to succeed at the highest level, mental resilience, and why he never allows himself to become comfortable, always striving for bigger goals. Giannis explains why he wants to use his platform to inspire others and make a meaningful impact beyond basketball. More than championships and awards, he hopes his legacy will be defined by the lives he helps change. He also highlights that many children in Greece are still growing up under extremely difficult circumstances, without the opportunities they deserve. This is an authentic, deeply human conversation with the man behind one of the greatest athletes in the world.
