Impressive all round performance from Sri Lanka saw them winning the 3 match ODI series with ease. The lions won the 3rd and final ODI match which was dedicated to Nuwan Kualsekara by 122 runs after winning Malinga’s last ODI by 91 runs and the 2nd ODI by 7 wickets. The top 5 batsmen performed exceptionally well for Sri Lanka and the middle order which was an issue in the World Cup seemed to be clicking together with Mendis and Mathews contributing consistently. Players who were not included in the World Cup squad showcased their talents well. However, en route to his 29-ball 37 knock, he survived a Jasprit Bumrah scare with a lucky escape in the final over of CSK's innings. Bumrah was back for his last over with Dhoni on strike. He went in with a pacy, fullish delivery on the off stump as Dhoni got under in a bid to find the long-on boundary. But the bat slipped off his hand while the ball was sliced off to Ishan Kishan at the backward point who completed a wonderful catch. Chepauk posed a pin-drop silence as Mumbai Indians celebrated the big wicket. However, all was cut short when the giant screen showed that Bumrah was in fact overstepping. Dhoni joined the crease to add five more runs to the scoreboard as CSK finished with 131/4 in 20 overs.

FC Tatran Prešov Anton Mišovec, podpredsedníčka predstavenstva 1. FC Tatran Prešov Slávka Vattaiová, nový kapitán družstva Miroslav Keresteš a ďalší noví hráči Nediljko Kovačevič, Mihailo Cmiljanovič, Stefan Vilotič, Alexandar Mitrovič, Lukáš Hricov. Pre technické problémy sa nepodarilo natočiť záver tlačovej konferencie. Chýbajúcu časť dopĺňame v písomnej forme: Otázku dostal nový hráč v kádri 1. FC Tatran Prešov Stefan Vilotič: „Ako vnímate nový klub, ako sa vám páči v meste?“ Stefan Vilotič: „Pol roka som bol v Slavii Praha a pol roka vo Viktorii Žižkov. Teraz som prišiel do Tatrana Prešov. Je to dobrý, tradičný klub, jeden z najlepších na Slovensku. Sme pripravení na prvý zápas.“ Jeden z novinárov položil otázku Lukášovi Hricovovi: „Po dlhých pätnástich rokoch si sa vrátil domov. Tešíš sa na obnovenú premiéru aj keď to nebude na prešovskom štadióne?“ Lukáš Hricov: „Teším sa strašne, som doma, tu som vyrastal. Netreba všetkému veriť, čo deklarujú niektorí hráči, nie je to také zlé, ako sa vyjadrili v niektorých článkoch, ktoré som čítal. Ako sa hovorí, najlepšie je vyskúšať si to na vlastnej koži. Je to v pohode a som rád, že som doma.“ Na to reagoval ďalší novinár: „Nie je to fér voči klubu, keď hráč odíde a špiní ten klub, že nie je to v poriadku a nie je to dobré...“ Lukáš Hricov: „Naučil som sa, že nikdy netreba páliť mosty a kydať na niekoho. Nie je to fér, no je to ich záležitosť, ale opakujem, nie je to všetko tak, ako sa deklarovalo. Každý hráč zodpovedá za svoj výkon, každý vloží do toho všetko a verím, že to zachránime a Prešov sa dostane o pár mesiacov tam kam patrí so svojou históriou. Je to najstarší futbalový klub na Slovensku a treba ho dostať tam, kam patrí.“
