Anlässlich eines zurückgenommenen Elfmeters schwang sich ein Münchner anschließend zu einer Generalkritik am Umgang mit der Handregel auf. "So einen Gegner filetierst du nicht. Wir haben zu wenig riskiert, gegen so einen tiefen Block ist es nicht einfach", meinte Thomas Müller bei DAZN nach der torlosen Partie. Gegen Ende des Spiels hatten die Bayern, insbesondere auch Müller, mehrfach einen Strafstoß gefordert. "Ob das alles Elfmeter sind, kann man diskutieren. Auf den Bildern sieht es nicht so wild aus", meinte der 34-Jährige ehrlich, fühlte sich bei einem Schubser von Peter Ankersen in der 84. Minute aber zumindest einmal auch noch nach Blick auf die TV-Bilder gefoult. Einen Elfmeter gab es aber in der gesamten Partie letztlich nicht. "Den Handelfmeter hätte ich auch nicht gegeben" Einmal aber zeigte Schiedsrichterin Stephanie Frappart sogar tatsächlich auf den Punkt, als eben jenem Ankersen in der Nachspielzeit der Ball im Duell mit Frans Krätzig unglücklich und aus kürzester Distanz von unten an Rippen und den Unterarm sprang. Die Französin nahm ihre erste Entscheidung nach Video-Studium anschließend wieder zurück. "Den Handelfmeter hätte ich persönlich auch nicht gegeben", meinte Müller, der anschließend jedoch anfügte: "Aber die Regelbücher geben ihn her." Dabei verglich der Weltmeister von 2014 die Aktion mit dem in der Dienstagspartie zwischen PSG und Newcastle gegebenen äußerst umstrittenen Handelfmeter tief in der Nachspielzeit. In Paris hatte Magpies-Akteur Valentino Livramento den Ball ähnlich unabsichtlich aus kürzester Distanz an den Unterarm bekommen. "Gestern wird er erst nicht gegeben, dann nach Video-Check gegeben. Heute wird er erst gegeben, dann doch nicht", wunderte sich Müller. Müller: "Du kannst die Handregel nicht objektivieren" Dabei missfällt dem Offensivakteur an der derzeitigen Herangehensweise vor allem ein Punkt, für den er prompt einen Verbesserungsvorschlag mitlieferte. "Aktuell ist es, glaube ich, so, dass die Regelhüter die Handregel objektivieren wollen, aber die kannst du nicht objektivieren. Man sollte einfach den Schiri entscheiden lassen, ob das Handspiel eines Elfmeters würdig ist. Gebt dem Schiri die Macht", forderte Müller. Gerade wo das Handspiel stattfindet, mache eben einen großen Unterschied: "Verhindere ich damit ein Tor? Eine riesige Vorlage? Oder gehe ich Richtung Eckfahne und bekomme den Ball gegen die Hand? Dann bekomme ich ihn halt gegen die Hand. Lasst den Schiedsrichter subjektiv entscheiden, natürlich anhand von ein paar Kriterien. So ist doch keiner zufrieden. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Jungs und Mädels bei der FIFA in ihrem Raum sitzen und sagen, die Handregel ist im Moment echt super.
