A look at some of the best goals from every MLS club in the 2018 season. I got the idea for this video based off of the 2017/18 Premier League video that NBC Sports out. Riorganizzare le idee, pensieri e concetti nella propria mente è davvero difficile a ridosso della mezzanotte di un Sabato come tanti, speso appresso ad una passione che assume i canoni della banalità, dell’infantilismo e perché no, anche dell’inutilità, ma proprio per questo unica nel suo genere. Quando anni fa, ho intrapreso la strada del “On The Road – Freelance Blog”, non avrei mai pensato di poter – in un modo o nell’altro – filmare e fotografare i più svariati stadi e tifoserie d’Italia da Nord a Sud, calcando impianti di gioco di cui già nell’età infantile, a cavallo degli anni duemila, le prime immagini ed i primi ricordi sono prepotentemente entrati nella mente, per non uscirne più. Erano quelle immagini “rubate” alle televisioni locali, che in epoca più distesa avevano perfino il diritto di riprendere le curve, le tifoserie e le tribune degli stadi in cui la squadra del cuore (che combaciava per logicità con la squadra cittadina) andava a giocare. Oggi, di quelle immagini non vi è più la divulgazione per i noti fatti legati ai diritti di immagine ed agli interessi vari che stanno man mano strozzando il nostro calcio. E’ in questo contesto che allora ho pensato fosse giusto restituire ai tifosi qualcosa di simile, nella speranza di volta in volta che ogni sforzo potesse essere apprezzato. Dopo la fuitina di Scanzorosciate della settimana scorsa, questa volta la tappa è decisamente più ambiziosa: Monza! Già, io e chi mi accompagna in questo tragitto, avevamo proprio intenzione di assistere ad una partita casalinga di quel Monza di cui tanto si è tanto parlato in estate, per l’interessamento prima e l’acquisto poi da parte di Silvio Berlusconi , il quale insieme a Galliani proveranno a portare il Monza ai massimi vertici competitivi. Devo essere sincero, non avevo riposto grandi aspettative per questa sera. Insomma, il Monza è malapena in zona play off, e di immagini e video dei brianzoli il web è sgombro, quasi a far supporre che attorno alla squadra non ci fosse quell’entusiasmo che io ed altri andiamo a cercare. Mai aspettativa fu più sbagliata!, al punto tale da rendere questa gara una vera e propri sorpresa, addirittura una delle migliori partitelle alle quali ho assistito negli ultimi mesi. Monza è un capoluogo di provincia che confina con la periferia Nord di Milano. La città assume l’aspetto di una vera bomboniera, con un verde ed un ordine invidiabile. La Reggia ed il viale per arrivarci, rispettano fedelmente quella di Caserta. Il vicino “Parco di Monza” appare come una città nella città, e nel centro storico è praticamente possibile odorare tutta la storia legata a questa splendida città lombarda. Arrivati a ridosso della gara, ci avviciniamo allo stadio Brianteo che ai nostri occhi si alza maestoso nella periferia della città. La tribuna è una imponente struttura coperta che farebbe invida ad alcune società professioniste. Il settore distinti ricorda molto quello di altri impianti più noti, come l’ Arechi di Salerno o perché no, anche lo Zaccheria di Foggia. Le due curva infine, simili a quelle del Menti di Castellamare di Stabia, uniscono i due imponenti settori. Uno stadio bellissimo insomma, troppo poco pubblicizzato che meriterebbe senza dubbio maggiore considerazione in ambito nazionale. Sul capitolo Ultras, la sorpresa è tanto grande quanto lo stadio brianzolo. I ragazzi di Monza, in circa trecento unità, si compattano nella parte centrale della curva Sud a ridosso dell’inizio della gara.
