Dimitar Berbatov: Why I Chose Man United Over Man City! | Stick to United EP 8
Stick to United with Wayne Rooney is back for episode eight, and this week Dimitar Berbatov joins Wayne and Mark Goldbridge! 👹 Manchester United legend Berbatov sits down with his former teammate to look back on their time together at Old Trafford, brought to you by Disney+. Wayne reveals just how excited he was when United signed Berbatov, while the pair remember competing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez in one of the most exciting forward lines in the club’s history. Berbatov takes us inside his dramatic deadline-day move from Tottenham, revealing why the transfer became a “nightmare”, how Manchester City tried to sign him at the last minute and why he even gave up part of his salary to complete his dream move to United. The pair also revisit the 2011 Champions League final, with Berbatov reflecting on the pain of being left out of the squad and Wayne revealing the shock among the United players when they discovered he wasn’t involved. Plus, Berba reacts to Rooney asking to leave the club in 2010 and explains why his response was simply: “No problem, I’ll score the goals.” Elsewhere, Berbatov discusses the art of the first touch, why “football is a simple game for smart people”, the problems facing the current Manchester United side and his thoughts on former teammate Michael Carrick as manager. With the honeymoon period over, can Carrick bring the good times back to Old Trafford? 🔴 LIVE: IND Vs PAK, Gold Medal, Asian Games Live Cricket Score Commentary, 2nd Inn Live Match Today
Live: India vs Pakistan Live Match Today Commentary, Asian Games Match | Live Scores & Commentary | IND vs PAK Cricket Match Today | Asian Games 2026, Korogi Sports Park, Nisshin Hello And Welcome to CricTalks! PREVIEW: Shreyas Iyer’s leadership and India’s T20I structure will face the biggest knockout examination as India move into the Final of the Asian Games Men’s T20I 2026 against Pakistan at Korogi Sports Park, Nisshin. The match gives India a chance to defend their Asian Games gold medal and carries direct gold-medal pressure in Japanese conditions. India remain one of the strongest T20I sides in the competition, but this match still carries major importance with the team needing to adjust quickly and deliver immediately in a high-pressure final. As defending Asian Games men’s cricket champions, India will be expected to compete with control, but the focus will be on maintaining intensity, handling pressure, and executing properly through the powerplay, middle overs, and death overs. This match also becomes important for India’s larger tournament campaign, as Pakistan’s bowling depth and aggressive T20 approach can test India’s discipline in a different way. The challenge is not just about winning the final, but also about handling rivalry pressure, adapting quickly to the Nisshin surface, and staying composed if Pakistan create pressure through early wickets or middle-over control. At the top and through the middle, India will look for positive intent, cleaner strike rotation, and stronger partnerships to avoid giving Pakistan early openings. Shreyas Iyer, Sanju Samson, Tilak Varma, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, and the rest of India’s batting group give the side a strong mix of aggression, flexibility, and future potential, but the key will be converting starts into a gold-medal winning total. The bowling combination will also be watched closely, especially with Korogi Sports Park offering a fresh challenge for India’s attack. India’s bowlers will need to keep Pakistan’s batters under pressure from the powerplay, maintain accuracy through the middle overs, and avoid allowing easy singles or late boundary options. Pakistan, led by Sahibzada Farhan, will see this final as a massive opportunity to challenge India in a gold-medal match and finish the tournament with a major statement. After beating Bangladesh in the semi-final, Pakistan will rely on their batting intent, spin control, sharp fielding, and calm decision-making under pressure. For them, early wickets, strike rotation, and controlled bowling spells will be crucial if they want to push India and make a strong Asian Games final statement in Nisshin. #livecricket #livematch #livestreaming About Channel: CricTalks Live is powered by a dedicated team of cricket enthusiasts who live and breathe the game. MIDMID - Een Man.
00:00 Intro 00:19 De aanklachten tegen Man.
