Cowboys Grades For Zeke, Tony Pollard, Jason Garrett, Sean Lee & Antwaun Woods vs. Rams In Week 15
Dallas Cowboys grades from their dominating 44-21 win over the Los Angeles Rams are mostly positive. They focus on the strongplay from Ezekiel Elliott, Tony Pollard, Sean Lee and Antwaun Woods. Plus, we’ve got grades for Kai Forbath and the Cowboys special teams, offense, defense and coaching staff led by Jason Garrett. Jason Garrett was on the hot seat entering this game. While he still is because the Cowboys need a deep playoff run, he sure had a great game this week. He deserves credit for the Cowboys’ effort, as does Dak Prescott solid in this one, although the Cowboys were up so much he didn’t need to throw the football. Instead, the Cowboys ran all over the Rams, with Tony Pollard & Ezekiel Elliott both going over 100 yards on the ground. The Cowboys’ ground game is a major reason they won this one. Several defensive players stepped up again, including Jourdan Lewis. But the real stars of the game were Sean Lee an Antwaun Woods. The defense allowed points and yards once the game was well over, but they shut down Jared Goff and Todd Gurley for most of it. Lee had a tackle and an INT, while Woods helped stop Gurley multiple times. San Francisco 49ers regained control of the NFC West in a crazy back-and-forth win over the Saints, 48-46. The 49ers defense gave up 465 yards of total offense and six touchdowns to the New Orleans Saints, but Jimmy Garoppolo and the offense found a way to win thanks to a 39-yard George Kittle catch to put the Niners in field goal range. Thomas Mott, host of the 49ers Report, gives out grades for the week 14 performance, plus has injury updates for Weston Richburg, Dee Ford, Richard Sherman and K’Waun Williams.
