Resumen del partido: lo mejor del Panamá vs Costa Rica 🎥 #concacaf #nationsleague #highlights #resumen Panama punched their ticket to the 2023-24 Concacaf Nations League Finals following a 3-1 triumph over Costa Rica in the second leg of their League A quarterfinal on Monday night at the Estadio Rommel Fernandez in Panama City, Panama. With the result, Panama have won the two-legged series on aggregate 6-1. In addition to advancing to the CNL Finals, Panama have qualified for the CONMEBOL Copa America 2024. Costa Rica will progress to the Concacaf Nations League Play-In. The winner of the Play-In will qualify for the CONMEBOL Copa America 2024. Panama wanted to make sure that Costa Rica could not get off to a quick start and the home side jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 20’ when a Michael Murillo effort was initially blocked by Costa Rica GK Kevin Chamorro, but Jose Fajardo was there to fire home the rebound, giving Fajardo goals in three straight CNL matches against the Ticos. It was all Panama at the moment and Jose Rodriguez gave the home fans another reason to cheer just minutes later with a left-footed rocket from long-range in the 24’ for a 2-0 Panama lead. Panama were then able to tack on a third goal before halftime when Rodriguez was fouled just inside the area and Edgar Barcenas squeezed in the penalty for a 3-0 advantage in the 43’. Costa Rica looked to make some inroads in the second half and pulled a goal back in the 52’ when Joel Campbell curled in a free kick and Francisco Calvo met it with a header to make it a 3-1 contest. It was the closest Costa Rica would come, as Panama saw things out until the final whistle to secure their spot in the CNL Finals in March. 🔔 Subscribe to our channel, and turn on notifications: https://www.youtube.com/concacaf/view_as=subscriber?sub_confirmation=1 💻 You can also visit our website and enjoy our exclusive content: https://www.concacaf.com/ 📱 Follow us on our social networks: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/concacafnationsleague/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/CNationsLeague Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ConcacafNationsLeague
Honduras 🆚 México: Revive cada momento emocionante en este resumen 🎥 #highlights #concacaf #nationsleaegue #highlights A dramatic night is on the docket at the famed Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, as Mexico host Honduras in the second leg of their quarterfinal. After suffering a 4-0 defeat to Mexico in their opening match of the 2023 Gold Cup, Honduras turned the tables and defeated El Tricolor 2-0 on Friday night in the first leg. Antony Lozano scored in the first half, while Bryan Rochez tacked on an insurance score in the second half. Aiding the cause was Luis Palma, who contributed the assist on Lozano's opener. For Mexico, it was a frustrating night made even more difficult by the injury to star GK Guillermo Ochoa. Now back on home soil, Mexico will look to mount a comeback in order to reach the CNL Finals for a third straight time. FWs Raul Jimenez, Hirving Lozano and Santiago Gimenez have a penchant for getting on the scoresheet in home Concacaf matches, and they will need to do just that to swing this series back into Mexico's favor.

🔔 Subscribe to our channel, and turn on notifications: https://www.youtube.com/concacaf/view_as=subscriber?sub_confirmation=1 💻 You can also visit our website and enjoy our exclusive content: https://www.concacaf.com/ 📱 Follow us on our social networks: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/concacafnationsleague/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/CNationsLeague Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ConcacafNationsLeague #concacaf #nationsleague #highlights #resumen
¡Los mejores momentos del partido entre Panamá y Guatemala en CNL! 👀 Panama enjoyed a commanding 3-0 victory over Central American rivals Guatemala at the Estadio Rommel Fernandez in Panama City, Panama. Adalberto Carrasquilla has been one of the best players in the Concacaf region in 2023 and he showed why again by scoring Panama's opener in the 14' when an initial clearance from the Guatemala defense fell right to the 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup Best Player Award winner, who volleyed into net for a 1-0 lead. Panama kept pushing and a pivotal moment came in the initial moments of the second half when a fantastic first touch allowed Cristian Martinez to get past Guatemala's Nicolas Samayoa in the area, with Martinez then getting fouled. A penalty was whistled and a red card was issued to Samayoa, followed by Eric Davis converting the spot kick in the 48' for a 2-0 lead and a man advantage for almost the entire second half. Panama's dream night was then capped in the 90' when Abdiel Ayarza guided a header past Guatemala GK Nicholas Hagen to complete the 3-0 scoreline. #highlights #concacaf #nationsleague #panamá #guatemala 🔔 Subscribe to our channel, and turn on notifications: https://www.youtube.com/concacaf/view_as=subscriber?sub_confirmation=1 💻 You can also visit our website and enjoy our exclusive content: https://www.concacaf.com/ 📱 Follow us on our social networks: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/concacaf Twitter: https://twitter.com/GoldCup Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/goldcup/

#cnl #highlights #concacafnationsleague #nationsleague #concacaf 🇭🇳 Honduras logró una victoria de 4-0 sobre 🇬🇩 Granada en el Chelato Uclés 🏟️ 🔔 Subscribe to our channel, and turn on notifications: https://www.youtube.com/concacaf/view_as=subscriber?sub_confirmation=1 💻 You can also visit our website and enjoy our exclusive content: https://www.concacaf.com/ 📱 Follow us on our social networks: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/concacaf Twitter: https://twitter.com/GoldCup Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/goldcup/
🧐 Don't miss the best moments of the :zap: thrilling away victory for Trinidad and Tobago against El Salvador. | #cnl #highlights #resumen #concacaf #nationsleague The day wrapped up with Trinidad and Tobago rallying for a 3-2 victory over El Salvador at the Estadio Jorge Gonzalez in San Salvador. El Salvador were aggressive from the start and grabbed a 1-0 lead in the 17' when Dustin Corea played in a free kick that Eriq Zavaleta met with a perfectly placed header into net. Trinidad and Tobago's response was almost immediate, as Reon Moore played in a cross to Ryan Telfer from the left wing, and the first touch gave Telfer the time and space to fire into the net the 1-1 equalizer in the 22'. Things were wide open to begin the second stanza and Trinidad and Tobago made the most of it, taking a 2-1 lead in the 51' through Malcolm Shaw, who converted a penalty after being fouled in the box by Zavaleta. Right back came El Salvador to pull even 2-2 in the 53' courtesy of Brayan Gil, whose nodded header off a corner kick deflected right back to him, allowing him to guide a shot into net. Back and forth the teams went with each looking for a winning score. That precious third goal would fall for the visiting Soca Warriors, as a falling away Justin Garcia managed to pop a header over El Salvador GK Tomas Romero in the 72' to make it 3-2. El Salvador pushed hard for a third to get a point, but Trinidad and Tobago GK Denzil Smith was excellent in net and made the saves to lock down the three points.
