The New Orleans Pelicans stuck it to the Los Angeles Lakers after leaking their trade offers for star Anthony Davis, which included Lonzo Ball, Kyle Kuzma, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, Ivica Zubac, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and two first round picks.There was a tremendous number of trades leading up to the deadline, none bigger than the New York Knicks sending Kristaps Porzingis to the Dallas Mavericks in a seven-player blockbuster trade. Then we saw the 76ers make a huge move to add Tobias Harris from the Clippers, creating one of the most fearsome starting lineups in the NBA. Perhaps as a result, other top East teams loaded up as well, with the Bucks adding Nikola Mirotic from the Pelicans and the Raptors taking a big swing to get Marc Gasol from the Grizzlies. In a move that some have expected for a while, the 76ers parted ways with their former No. 1 overall draft pick, Markelle Fultz, after horrific shooting struggles to begin his career. Philadelphia sent him to Orlando for Jonathon Simmons and two draft picks. KC -3 Over/Under 55.5 Everyone knows Tom Brady and the Patriots struggle in the AFC Championship game of they are on the road. Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos were the last team to stop them for reaching the Super Bowl. In their first meeting Patrick Mahomes threw four touchdowns, but also had two costly interceptions. He and Brady each had right around 350 yards through the air. New England no longer has Josh Gordon, but Julian Edelman just destroyed the Los Angeles Chargers secondary in the divisional playoff game. The Chiefs also still had running back Kareem hunt in their first NFL meeting. KC still has question marks in their secondary, but safety Eric Berry should play, and their pass rush between Justin Houston, Dee Ford, and Chris Jones is one of the best in the league. Both teams will be relying on rookie RB’s in Sony Michel and Damien Williams. Rob Gronkowski was a blocking beast last week, which helped the ground game. Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce will be the two player the Pats try and limit, doing that to bot is usually really tough. Left Tackle Taylor Lewan was also seen flipping off, giving the bird, sending the world the middle finger when the skycam got in his face during an injury. If you missed that, you definitely didn’t miss Jags cornerback Jalen Ramsey flopping when his helmet barely made contact with Lewan. Tony Dorsett’s 99 yard TD run has stood as the only rush of that length since he set it in 1983. Derrick Henry stiff armed A.J. Bouye and broke several more tackles to match all 99 yards to tie Dorsett in the NFL Record Books.
