San Antonio Spurs The Spurs finished the regular season 62-20, marking their first playoff appearance since 2019. Victor Wembanyama led the league in blocks with 3.1 per game while averaging 25 points. On November 10, Wembanyama became the first player in NBA history to record 35 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, 5 blocks, and 5 three-pointers in a single game. Detroit Pistons Detroit completed a statistically unprecedented turnaround, moving from a 14-win season to a 60-win season within two years. Cade Cunningham leads the roster, averaging 24 points and 10 assists per game. The team's defensive identity has been a primary factor in their ascent in the Eastern Conference.
