We tested the new CYC motor with a 50A firmware restriction at 55V against a Bafang BBSHD with 45A shunt mod at 57V. CYC (Gen1): • compact size • better ground clearance • lighter • better torque • Bluetooth display with many settings on the smartphone • company claims a 65A controller in the future by stock and probably up to 20S • easy changing 104 mm BCD chainrings and cheaper.
