Middle Tennessee defeated Toledo 31-24 in the 2021 Bahamas Bowl, scoring 17 straight points in the fourth quarter to take the lead, then held them off for the win. The Rockets was favored by 10.5 points. Freshman QB Nick Vattiato was the MVP for the Blue Raiders, completing 23-35 for 270 yards and 2 touchdowns.
