Stage 7 sees the riders right back into the high-mountains with a 196km-long gruelling odyssey from Ambri to Malbun. The final HC ascent (12.3km at 8.8%) is devilishly difficult with ramps of up to 15%. It’s a proper test and one that will not just decide today's victor but potentially the overall winner of this year’s race.
