Game 2 of 4 and the Astros lead the series 1-0, sadly. The Tigers (8-16) head down to Houston to play the Astros (15-11) in what should be a fun series if it goes anyway like it did last season! Well game one was certainly an unexpected pitchers duel as the Astros walked it off in the bottom of the 9th to take a 3-2 victory of the visiting Tigers. The Tigers were dead at the plate until the top of the 9th when Candelario hit a 2-run home run to tie the game and at least force the bottom of the 9th. Soto was unable to control his pitches leading to an Astros win, and setting up game two for a rather ? state as neither team really dominated the game, both pitched well, played great defense; but couldn't hit. Will one team take the step forward for this game and start hitting? Or will pitching dominate the series? Can Detroit get back into the winning side of things? Let's hope so! LETS GO TIGERS! Thanks for listening, I Hope you enjoy it. Hey if you like what we are talking about or want to talk about something, how about you join the discord on the link just below?
