When it rains, it pours in Nashville. The Tennessee Titans fell to the Houston Texans with a final score of 22-13. The Titans defense showed up again this game, and held the Texans to under 200 yards of total offense. The Titans offense, along with five total turnovers, though, is what led to their downfall. Ryan Tannehill had what most consider his worst day ever as an NFL quarterback throwing 4 interceptions. Chester Rodgers also had a mental mistake as he muffed a punt, and the Texans were able to take advantage and jump on the loose ball in the redzone. The injury bug also hit the Titans, yet again. Marcus Johnson hurt his hamstring, and is now on season ending IR. AJ Brown hurt his hand early in the game, and then later on got knocked out of the game with a chest injury. This is not the way many Titans fans saw this game going. We were hoping the Titans would take care of business against a much worse opponent, and still be undefeated in the AFC South. The Texans had other plans, though, as they were able to capitalize on the Titans' mistakes. The Titans must now regroup this next week, and get ready to head up to New England to face a red hot Patriots team.
